Why does a box from IM pop up everytime i try to leave an IM saying the memory could not be read.?

the minute i open up a box to leave someone an IM a box pops up saying the memory could not be read. click on OK to terminate the program or click on CANCEL to debug the program. then another box pops up saying program error. Yahoo has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program. can anyone help me with the situation.

Sounds like you got a problem either with your Yahoo Installation or your operating system. Try to uninstall Yahoo and install it again, if the problem exists, you need a service technician.
